T16 Turret with PVC Pivot Pole.
In this picture the pvc pipe has a standard unthreaded PVC slip cap glued to it. The end cap retains the pipe so it does not fall thru the T16 turret assembly. The entire finished assembly is not permanently attached to the Tool Cart, it is only set in place.
