Deburr the Tool Tubes- It is much easier and safer to use a buffing wheel to smooth out the sharp edges of the PVC pipe. Caution the tool tube are very sharp when cut with a power miter saw. Wear a resperator and safety glass's. Note: Use white buffing compound as seen in the lower left of the picture.
